will be required and returned to you after inspection upon your departure

Cancellation
In the unfortunate
event that you have to cancel your booking with us, you will receive a
refund minus the $115 deposit to secure dates
For cancellations less than 60 days, a refund will be issued minus the $115 deposit to secure dates provided that it can be re-booked for those days.

4 Nights minimum stay
Maximum of 4 guests
No smoking policy in the cottage
No pets
Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times as The Hummingbird
Cottage or its owner will not be liable for any guests mishap on or off
the property during the rental stay.
