The HUMMINGBIRD COTTAGE information
The Humming Bird Cottage is a newly constructed air-conditioned 2 bedroom cottage, completed in February 2006. The interior is comfortable and modern.
The Cottage is on Sleepy Shore Drive, Rainbow Bay, a quiet location, and doesn't have any direct neighbors. A housekeeper visits weekly.
Rainbow Bay has 4 lovely beaches.
Rainbow Bay Beach is probably the finest, and only a few minutes drive from the cottage. There is a Grocery / General Store about 3 Blocks from the Cottage - about 1 mile.
We offer a SPECIAL on Rental Cars for Hummingbird Cottage Guests - rate is discounted to $50 per day / normal. A car can be arranged.
A cell phone may also be hired for $10 a day. This can also be arranged.
There is an excellent restaurant, the RAINBOW BAY INN RESTAURANT - which features Gourmet Bahamian meals as well as US meals.• Snorkel -Masks and Tennis Racquets for sports Enthusiasts. Tennis courts at the Rainbow Inn. Fishing Snorkeling across the Street from the Cottage at the Caribbean sea park
